This portion of the site is dedicated to Imageway Digital Media clients who want to utilize all of our online customer tools. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for your business to get things done on your own time using our online customer tools. Instead of providing a overly complex administrator panel (such as C-Panel) for all web and email site functions, we only provide the core administration functions a company should be worried about. All other advanced settings will be handled by our experienced support staff. Below is a list of online tools we provide that are critical to your business site operation:

Available Tools

  • Click above to access our online billing and help system, which serves four primary functions. First, you can log into this tool to manage invoices, including the ability to pay invoices online. Second, you can manage your domain names you purchased through Imageway. Third, you can view our internal online help frequently asked questions (FAQ) database. Lastly, you can submit a help ticket if you require help with our services.

  • Click above to access our online MySQL database tool. You can use this tool to manipulate any MySQL database that has been created for you. Databases along with the username and password are created when requested by our Web Hosting customers. To request a MySQL database be created for your account, contact us at one of the means available on our contact webpage.

  • Click above to access our online based FTP file transfer client. You can use this page to send your web page files to our web hosting server. This program will encrypt the connection (FTPS) for advanced security. This page will require that you have JAVA enabled on your computer. The FTP administrator account information is sent out when you purchased your account. If you don’t have the FTP administrator account, contact us at one of the means available on our contact Webpage.

  • Click above to access our online domain name availability tool. This application allows you to check if a domain name, such as www.domain.com, is available for purchase. If it is available, then you will have the option to order this domain name which then can used with your web and email hosting. This tool also provides an application wizard, which can help you come up with an available domain name. Lastly there is a global domain name search function which allows you to check a name to see what extensions world wide are available.

  • Click above to access our online based statistics tool. You will be prompted to enter a login user name and password. The username and password is setup by Imageway support when requested by our Professional Web Hosting account customers. Once you login to this tool, you will see a detailed webpage that provides statistics of your website usage, and allows you to change criteria to drill down into the data (such as date range). This can be useful to see what parts of your site are visited the most, and by whom. To request a website statistics account be created, contact us at one of the means available on our contact webpage.

  • Email System

    This system can be accessed directly by going to “https://mail.yourdomain.com” (where “yourdomain.com” is your business domain name) in your web browser. This webpage contains information for email users and administrators to manage their whole email experience. The domain administrator account login information is sent out when you purchased your account. If you don’t have the domain administrator account login, contact us at one of the means available on our contact webpage.
